DT Wallet, Points and Gifting Terms
Rules for spending balances, marketplace earnings and post gifts when enabled.

Separate balances
Purchased points, gifts, refunds and promotional credits form a non-withdrawable spending balance. Only cleared marketplace earnings from eligible product sales are withdrawable.
Permitted use
Spending balance may be used only for eligible DTPlay products, services, promotions and gifts. It is not cryptocurrency, an investment, stored bank money or a promise of appreciation in value.
Gifts
Gifts are voluntary DTPlay appreciation credits. They do not purchase ownership, access or influence over a creator and are not withdrawable by the recipient.
Controls
DTPlay may apply limits, holding periods, reversals and identity checks to prevent fraud, chargebacks and misuse. Members cannot freely transfer balances to each other.
