Refund, Cancellation and Digital Delivery Policy
When purchases, services and digital products may be cancelled or refunded.

Digital products
Because digital access may be delivered immediately, change-of-mind refunds may be limited where permitted by law. Refunds remain available for duplicate charges, non-delivery, material misdescription or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Services and events
Cancellation terms shown at booking apply. DTPlay or a provider may offer rescheduling, credit or refund depending on notice, delivery status and applicable consumer law.
Requests and reversals
Submit a request with the transaction reference and reason. Approved refunds return through the original method where possible. Fraud, abuse and chargebacks may result in account or wallet restrictions.
