How reports, restrictions, account actions and appeals are handled.

Review
Reports are assessed using available evidence, context, policy, severity, account history and applicable law. Urgent restrictions may be applied before a complete review.
Notice and appeal
Where appropriate and lawful, affected users receive a reason and an opportunity to appeal. Appeals must provide relevant facts and should not be duplicated or abusive.
Preservation
Removed material and related records may be retained for security, appeals, disputes, legal obligations and repeat-infringer enforcement.
